Leeds City Council (LCC) is the Data Controller of the information you provide when making a booking via Leeds Ticket Hub using Tessitura Network, LCC’s Ticketing and Customer Relationship Management system. Your details will be held in accordance with UK Data Protection Legislation, and, excepting if required by law, will not be shared with any third parties apart from LCC’s partner organisation Tessitura Network.

The information you provide when booking will only be used to administer your booking and to provide you with service information relevant to your booking (and to provide you with information on other Leeds City Council related activities and events, should you choose to receive this information). Information relating to your booking will be held for three years on our system.

Where you have consented to receive further information from LCC about related events from Leeds Ticket Hub, LCC will use your personal data (email address, and where you have consented to your telephone number) to contact you directly about the cultural events we programme or promote in ways that you find relevant, timely and respectful.

The personal data you provide will be retained by LCC until you opt-out. You can opt-out of emails at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button on the emails you receive. You can contact us at:

Applicant information

By taking part in Leeds Pub Piano Competition the applicant agrees to their image and recordings of their performance (no more than 30 seconds unless otherwise agreed) being used for marketing, publicity and archive purposes; including for any future Leeds Pub Piano Competition events.

Details submitted in the application form will be kept on file for up to six months after the event, recordings and images will be kept in archive indefinitely. For all submissions that take place through the form on our website, these responses are collated in WordPress then stored on a dedicated storage server for the duration this information is required.

Any finalists are required and must agree to take part in publicity including press and/or media calls.
